  1. My nutrition goal is to only drink 1 can of soda per day. I typically have 2 and in the past have had up to 40 oz of soda per day. I know that these are empty calories that I don't need. Instead, I will try drinking at least 64 oz of water a day.

  2. My current nutrition level is very good! I lift weights everyday and run for two hours at softball. I also eat very healthy. I've cut back on eating junk food and I stick to fruits! My goal is to start eating something out of every level of the pyramid. I would also like to drink more milk.

  15. My goal is to get 8 hours of sleep on weeknights, and consume more calcium and protein. I could do this by doing some homework at lunch and drinking a glass of milk with one meal each day or taking nuts and granola bars for snacks, This goal will help me perform better in sports and school.
