I found it difficult to stay away from the junk food and eat healthier snacks because i am so used to eating all the sugary and sweet foods. I also find a bag of chips easier than a vegetable because when I get myself a snack I have to get my little siblings a snack. Kaylee Loza
Truthfully it went pretty bad because I went down to Cali and visited my cousins, and when I go down there we always pig out so it wasn't really a healthy week... But I'm working on it now and I'm eating healthier and working out all the time. ~Eddy Ionita
I have been eating more greens and sguff, but still not at the rate i want to me at right now. I really didnt eat that much greens over spring break.... but i have been trying.
It has been exttremely hard to stick to my goal especially over spring break. I felt since it was a holiday that i could just have one day off, but then the habits carried on to the next day, and the next. I've realized that when there is unhealthy choices that i can choose from then i will choose those instead of the healthy choices. -Abby Lowe

Over spring break, I'd say I ate moderately healthy. I didn't eat too many sweets, but there were definitely a few days where I ate whatever I wanted. I have noticed how hard it is to get a consistent amount of sleep. I've done better with drinking milk or eating a yogurt, but I still need to incorporate more protein into my diet.
It is not going too well. Its hard to keep my diet going, mainly because my mom doesn't think I need to go on one and that my eating habits are normal. So my family isn't really backing me up with is really hard. I'm eating a little bit healthier but not that much. ~Dana

Since I have started my goal it has been difficult because there is sometimes not enough time in the day to go on a walk. Also eating healthy is more expensive than my family thought.
