Nutrition Goal Update- Due May 31st

This is our last nutrition goal blog! Throughout the past few months that you have been tracking your goal, or at least you should have been, do you feel like you accomplished anything? Even if you didn't stick to your goal all the time, do you feel you took steps toward making a healthy lifestyle change? Explain your answer.

  1. I fell like i accomplished my goal.i have been eating better and working out more.i need to eat a little better, but i have been doing fine.

  2. I haven't been focusing on my goal very much, but I've recently been eating way healthier, so that does make me feel pretty accomplished. I can still improve quite a bit, but I can introduce those changes gradually. Despite still getting hardly any sleep, I have more energy now, so that's been really great.

  3. I feel like I have strayed from my goal recently, but am now trying to get back on track. I have not noticed many changes, but I believe if I continue to eat less junk food and take more steps to achieve a healthier lifestyle, I will experience the changes I want to see.

  4. I have stayed on my goal and i feel like there has been a little change.It is just part of my every day routine now. Now I eat way more healthy then I did before.

  5. I have not stuck very well to my goal as far as class goes. Personally I have had a different self set goal for a couple of years now that I have stuck to.I have been eating healthy except for a few rare occasions and I have noticed a serious change with my health. I used to get sick 3-4 times a year but now I get sick maybe once a year. But so far this school year I have not been sick.

  6. I think I accomplished my goal because I don't have to think as much about what I eat. I have just become used to making better choices for my health, and I don't have to think about the little things that would previously get me off track. Overall setting a goal was a positive thing.
