Nutrition Goal Update- Due April 19th

Since first beginning to track your goal, have you realized it's a pretty difficult task? Sometimes we start out setting goals for ourselves, thinking they are realistic. After trying to stick to it for a week or so, we quickly realize it may be unrealistic for us at that point in time. Would you like to make any adjustments to your goal now that you've had a couple weeks to see how you did? If not, what would be the next step to attaining your goal?

  1. I think my goal is still pretty realistic, however, I haven't been good at following it. I think I should write my goal on a piece of paper and set it where I can see it so I can remember it when I look at it. This will help me stay on track and make my decisions, like eating a banana instead of some cheeze-its.

  2. I would say that I have a realistic goal and that I have stuck to it pretty well. The next step in my goal would be to stay clear from dessert altogether and opt for a healthier choice. This would help build the habit of choosing food that is better for me.

  3. I think that my goal is very realistic. At the end of the week when my house is running lower on vegetables, it's kind of hard, but I'm doing good.

  4. I wouldn't change my goal. It may be difficult and I find my self breaking the my goal a lot. But it is reachable if I work at it. I have gotten a little better since I started my blog and have realized that I haven't eaten that well in my past. It hasn't been to hard for me because my mother cooks healthy meals and I just eat left overs for a snack.

  5. My goal is very realistic because i believe we should all get our daily exercise no matter how fit you are it make you healthier inside and out. It is very hard at time but i believe that it is achievable and i just have to work hard and stick to it. Also not to cheat my self and tell my self it ok to skip some days. I have to stick to it for awhile to accomplish what i want.

  6. To me my goal is pretty realistic. I wouldn't change my goal so the next approach is to completely cut out all junk food.

  7. My goal is hard but not unrealistic. I just have to keep working on it and as a family it will be easier instead of trying to do it by myself. We are starting our healthy diet next week and have a menu planned. We are going grocery shopping this weekend and all the bad food was thrown away.

  8. my goal is realistic because i dont need slurpees all the time and could set a differnt goal to help that one like saving my money

  9. I think if I kept my goal posted somewhere I'd see it every day, I'd have an easier time being consistent because its hard to remember exactly what to focus on. For example, sometimes I'll do a really good job about eating more fruits and vegetables, but not drink milk for a week.
